1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns and exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order. If your situation falls outside this window, reach out anyway — we review every case personally and will always find the best possible solution for you.

2. Exchanges — Free on Your First Request Per Order
We offer one free exchange per order for a different size or color. We cover the shipping on the new item — no extra cost.
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with tags attached. For any additional exchange on the same order, shipping is discussed based on the situation.

3. Returns — What Qualifies
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached
- Request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Used, washed, or damaged items cannot be returned
- Final Sale items are non-returnable

4. Wrong Item Received
Contact us within 48 hours with your order number and a photo. We'll review your case and personally find the right solution — whether that's a replacement, a correction, or something else that works for you.

5. Return Shipping
- First return per order: We cover the cost
- Additional returns on the same order: Customer covers shipping
Please contact us before sending anything back — we will guide you through the full process.

6. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 2 to 5 business days back to your original payment method. If that is not possible, we will arrange an alternative directly with you. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
