*Terms & Policies – VALLOR*

*1. Product Quality:*  
At VALLOR, we ensure high-quality fabric and stitching for all our men’s clothing. Each item is checked before dispatch.

*2. Shipping:*  
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days. Delivery time is 3–7 business days across United Arab Emirates . Delivery charges may apply based on location.

*3. Return & Exchange:*  

- Items can be exchanged within *7 days* of delivery.  
- Product must be unused, unwashed & in original packaging.  
- Returns only accepted for damaged or incorrect items.

*4. Refund Policy:*  
Refunds are only issued if the product is out of stock or damaged and exchange is not possible.

*5. Privacy:*  
Customer data (name, address, contact info) is kept 100% private and used only for order processing and delivery.

*6. Payment Methods:*  
We offer *Cash on Delivery (COD)* across United Arab Emirates. Advance payment may be required for customized or bulk orders.
